Refund Policy

1. Your contract decides

Every project is agreed in a written proposal or contract. It states what you pay, when, and which payments are refundable (for example deposits, milestone payments or retainers). Those terms apply to your project.

2. Consumers in the EU and UK

If you buy services as a consumer (not for your business) under a contract made at a distance, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may have to pay for work already done. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email contact@vintcode.com with your name, the invoice number and the reason. Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method.
